Our aim is to provide service to the home and small business users of Personal Computers at a reasonable cost, with the minimum of delay.
 

Initially we will try to solve the problem by remote access, where we take control of your computer from base. If this is not possible, we come to you, although, where the problem requires software reinstallation, or major hardware upgrades, it may be necessary to bring your computer back.

We do not have a call out charge, but bill at rate of £10 per quarter hour for the first hour, then £5 per quarter hour. 
 

In order to keep to a reasonable figure, we have restricted where possible our range of operation to sites within the 01793, 01666 and 01285 telephone areas. However, we are able to come further than this, but, under those circumstances, will add £5 per 10 miles per visit.
 

We are not retailers of either hardware or software, but, as a service to our clients, we are happy to recommend sources of supply of both. If necessary, we are able to order items on your behalf, which we can then install. However, the guarantee for faults developing in the items themselves are between you and the retailer, unless the fault is as a result of incorrect installation.
