Since the COVID pandemic, we have been working remotely, as at least half of the problems we encounter can be sorted through a remote access connecton. When we work at customers premises, we do not have fixed hours. We are generally able to visit between 8.30am to 11.15am from Monday to Friday, although we can come outside these times including evenings and weekends in exceptional circumstances.
